Items with a Preorder status are not in stock items.  As soon as the item becomes available you will be notified and the item will ship

• Sometimes a reduction in quantity availability to us happens.  This is normal in the pre-order scenario. In the event that quantities are changed you will be notified.
• All Pre-order are required to be paid in full at the time of checkout
• A cancellation of a preordered product will result in a 15% processing fee which is based on the order total.
• Release time frame is an estimation and is subject to change.
• If the price of the pre-order changes you will be notified.  Sometimes the price is increased/decreased from our distributor.  If you desire to not want to pay for the increased price we will happily offer a full refund.
• If your order has In Stock Items and Pre-Order items we will wait until the Pre-Order Items arrive before shipping the entire order.  If your original order qualified for Free Shipping and you decide to split up your order, the 1st order that ships will be subject to a shipping charge.
