Shipping Information - FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OF $300 OR MORE In Canada (some conditions apply)
  • LHB Cards & Collectibles Ships to Canada & USA only.
  • There are certain cases where Free Shipping Rates do not qualify. Please contact support@lhbcardscollectibles for more details.
  • We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, The Islands, American Forces Locations, or PO Boxes
  • Shipping Rates are calculated during checkout and we have a wide variety of shipping options.

TCG Single Cards

  • TCG Single Cards shipping to Canada will be shipped standard lettermail if the card is valued at $20.00 or less.  TCG Single Cards valued over $20.00 will be shipped Canada Registered Mail with Tracking $12
  • TCG Single Cards shipping to USA will be shipped via Tracked Packet with tracking $13, regardless of the card value
  • Collectible Single Cards are shipped in a sleeve & Top Loader for extra protection, as well as a Bubble Mailer
  • LHB Cards & Collectibles is not responsible for lost letter mail due to the nature of untracked letters. No credit, refund, exchange, or partial refunds are available.
  • If an order is shipped to any 3rd party company, freight forwarder or similar, LHB Cards & Collectibles assumes no responsibility for any damages, lost packages, or other issues that may arise from their services
  • PreOrder Details & Policy
  • Items with a Preorder status are not in stock items.  As soon as the item becomes available you will be notified and the item will ship
    • Sometimes a reduction in quantity availability to us happens.  This is normal in the pre-order scenario. In the event that quantities are changed you will be notified.
    • All Pre-order are required to be paid in full at the time of checkout
    • Starting September 1, 2023 A cancellation of a preordered product will result in a 15% processing fee which is based on the order total.
    • Release time frame is an estimation and is subject to change.
    • Sometimes TCG Card Releases, Models, Model Kits, and Pre-Ordered Toys are subject to allocation from our distributors. There may be certain situations where pre-ordered products are no longer available to us. Usually we have access to more product buying cycles.  If this is the case, we will contact you directly about other options or arrangements.  We strive to have the best customer experience possible and will always try and have products that are available to you.
    • If the price of the pre-order changes you will be notified.  Sometimes the price is increased/decreased from our distributor.  If you desire to not want to pay for the increased price we will happily offer a full refund.
    • If your order has In Stock Items and Pre-Order items we will wait until the Pre-Order Items arrive before shipping the entire order.  If your original order qualified for Free Shipping and you decide to split up your order, the 1st order that ships will be subject to a shipping charge.
    • Shipping Damage
  • If you receive damaged items in your parcel or package please let us know.  In certain cases we can get reimbursement from the Carrier.  But these are only eligible if the damage is documented with pictures and sent to us.

Returns

  • We want returns to be simple. Items that have been unopened and unused are eligible for a return within 14 days. They must return in the same condition, with all tags and original packaging.  Opened cases that do not have the factory seal cannot be returned.

  • It's the buyers responsibility to pay for return shipping and duties, taxes applicable
  • Returns must be approved before returning the item.
  • Items that show wear do not qualify to be returned.
  • Items not eligible for return: TCG Single Cards, TCG Sealed Products, Sports Card Singles, Sports Card Sealed Products, All Plastic Models, Gundam, Figures Are Final Sale and we do not accept returns on products of this nature.
  • Restocking fees may apply on shipments returned that are not eligible.
  • When the returned item arrives in our warehouse and is inspected, it has to be fit for selling to be eligible for a refund.

    Canceled In Stock Orders - Updated August 14, 2023

    Cancelled orders can be processed as long as the product hasn't been shipped yet. If the order has been shipped already a cancellation is not possible.  Please use the Return Policy in this case.

    Fraudulent Orders

    LHB Cards takes Store Safety and Security seriously.  Fraudulent orders will be cancelled immediately.  If a fraud order is suspected we will reach out to the email and or phone number for identification.

    If you receive an order email verification from us please confirm your order within 48 hours.

    We reserve the right to cancel an order for any reason. 

    General

    LHB Cards & Collectibles exists to build the hobby through Hobby Enthusiasts, Collectors, & Individuals. We reserve the right to adjust quantities ordered and will review each order on a case by case basis. If we suspect an order could be for resale it may also be subject to an order quantity adjustment.
